10/14/2016	SWPPP and inspection log were on-site, but the site map was not included. A topo map was submitted to me via email from John Everly (Pinnacle) on 10/13/16. The excavated soil was placed around the site and straw bales were staked in place in the road ditch to the NE and NW of the site to prevent any silt from leaving the site. There were no issues with off site tracking or runoff at the time of this inspection.	SHEILA KENNY
