11/8/2017	On 10/24/2017 Amber Sauser (ESS, FO 1) and myself visited this facilty as a result of concerns expressed from DM SW Section regarding the use of tire shreds along the owners exterior fence. During our visit we met with owner Jason Delaney. He informed us that he had placed 2 inch tire shreds alond his outer fence for use as compost. The shreds were up to 10 feet wide, and four feet deep. We expressed concerns that this was not a beneficial re use and requested Mr. Delaney speak with Mel Pins, DM SW Section for a final determination. Mr. Delaney stated that if not approved, he would removed them immediately.	CHAD KEHRLI
