7/28/2023	On July 25, 2023 on a neighboring property I observed Sedore Sanitation and Recycling from the hours of 11:30-2:30. From my observations I noticed multiple garbage trucks, and trailers with dumpsters back up into the building on the property. I also noticed an excavator equipped with a bucket picking up solid waste and dumping it in an unseen location.	ANTHONY KERKER
