6/7/2022	Conditional approval: After DNR internal discussion it was agreed to approve the variance request with the following stipulations to be completed by July 10, 2022:1) Remove the concrete slab around the well.2) Raise the six inch well casing to above ground.3) Add dirt to the surrounding grade to ensure surface runoff cannot enter the casing.4) Repour the concrete slab.In one year, the well must be re-sampled and the DNR will re-evaluate the conditional approval. If the well is left as is, it must be closed. A letter with the above requirements will be sent to Mr. Hagan.	ALISON MANZ
