6/5/2013	Checked turkey manure application Cherokee Co. SW corner of H Ave. and 460th St.. Matt Smith was loading the manure into applicator for Steve Miller of Rod Knocker Exp. Inc. Matt was not MAC certified. I called the contact number, his brother Mark and he did know after speaking to Ryan Young that they needed to be certified, but hadn't done anything about it. They will be taking a Commercial Certification class/video offered by Cherokee Co.ISU Extension on June 18th. He was reminded to send in the paperwork and pay the fees as well.
