7/13/2023	Visited site to follow up on deficiencies from my 3/29/23 inspection NOV and to speak with Mike Butikofer. I confirmed that the discharge pathway noted during the inspection had been severed, the manure stockpile had been removed, and the facility across the road from the main facility was operating as an open feedlot. I did not witness any evidence of nutrients migrating down the hill/off the property during my walk-around. I also noted that corn rows in the main farm's field were spaced at 15" as Troy Peterson stated in the RUSLE2's for the NMP currently under review.	BRIAN JERGENSON
