			An annual visual inspection must be performed and the report kept with the SWPPP. (Part III. of General Permit #1). Periodic training as it relates to stormwater at this facility must begin taking place. (Part III. of General Permit #1) All required reports (annual visual inspections, employee training, etc.) required by GP#1 must be kept with the SWPPP. The Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) must be signed and on-site in accordance with part VI.G. and H. of GP#1. Subrule 567 IAC 62.1(1) prohibits the discharge of any pollutant from a point source into a navigable water unless authorized by an NPDES wastewater permit. The floor drain in the shop must be investigated to determine its outlet. Please submit documentation indicating where it discharges.
