9/2/2025	On August 31, 2025, I received a call on the spill phone hotline at 2340 hours from CPKC dispatch that CPKC spilled 200 gallons of diesel fuel from a locomotive at the roundhouse yard and a Haz Mat crew was enroute. No other details were provided. When I spoke to someone onsite they were unaware of a spill but later determined that there was a overfill but all fuel went into the track pans and captured. The next morning I went to the site and met with an Evan and confirmed that all fuel was captured in the track pans. There was an alarm light blinking next to the above ground storage tank next to the filling station area. The Haz Mat team was coming to pump out the tank that was filled as a result of the overfill. It was determined to not be a hazardous condition and no spill number was assigned to this incident.	CARL BERG
