10/2/2019	On Wednesday, September 11, 2019 Myriam LafreniereLandry who is the Poweshiek NRCS/SWCD Watershed Coordinator sent me an email about observing a large number of dead fish in Little Bear Creek Starting about one mile west of Malcom where 110th Street crosses the creek to the south side of Malcom where Highway 63 crosses the creek. She reported seeing fish of several species from a few inches long to 9-10 inches long (see attached document for full explanation of investigation)	BILL GIBBONS
