9/16/2025	Visited for a final follow-up to the permit inspection. It was noted that all items that were noted in the inspection are being addressed. A new tally sheet was provided as the current tally sheet only identified appliances with refrigerators, the PCB form was completed, and he noted he would mail it. I've requested that he let me know when it is submitted. Two capacitors were in the appropriately labeled container, and the ship-by date was added in addition to the start date. I reminded him to identify an RCC to accept these. The 2022 refrigerant shipment records were not found, and we discussed recordkeeping moving forward. A spill kit was obtained. Zoning and FA documentation were observed. The schematic was submitted to Susan Johnson, IDNR, before her retirement. Additional follow-up may be necessary at this site.	AMBER SAUSER
