11/17/2011	I stopped by this site to determine the status of construction. The waiver has been issued by BV county to build within 100' of the right of way. No construction has begun at this time. Mr. Glover is waiting for the paperwork to be completed by Lisa Pickhinke and he plans to construct the 999 head confinement barn in the spring of 2012.	DON CUNNINGHAM
