8/24/2012	Alex Moon, Jon Tack, Tom Wuher, Myself met with Chuck Becker (env.attorn.) and 5 contractors at 10:30 AM to view the site and discuss proper cleanup methods. Tom stated that all materials must be wet when handling and loading. PPE and respiratory protection is required of contractors. When enough room is opened up inside, all trucks will be loaded inside. Driven to Metro East. (will be negotiating tipping fees for the expected 6,400 tons of C&D to be delivered). Expect proposals into DNR and Chuck Becker within a month. I took many photos.	BILL GROSS
