3/22/2012	I visited the area and found that the doors on the building were closed and no waste was outside. Equipment for the MLK Parkway extension was parked on the west side of the site. I subsequently learned that the city of Des Moines pushed the waste inside the building and closed the doors. Interested parties are working to the DNR asbestos program (Tom Weuhr) to be able to safely remove all waste and to put the building on the market.	BILL GROSS
