6/16/2010	I visited the site and met with Milo McCombs. We looked at the working cell (4A). It was covered with soil. There was a pool of water in the center portion due to rainfall earlier in the day. I advised him to improve drainage. Waste was being deposited the old cells to the east (future abutment) which is the wet weather area. Soil stockpiles were next to the waste for cover. Milo said they would resume filling in 4A the next day. I instructed him to cover the top of the exposed waste daily and use the Topcoat only on the sloped face. He indicated that he understood this.
