5/22/2026	Mike Smith, Alexis Slade, and I visited the landfill to discuss leachate collection from lined cells. over one foot of leachate has been routinely been measured in Cells 1/2 and $A recently. We met with Doug Luzbetak, Jennifer Murphy, Pat Flattery, et. al. It was decided to excavate 17 ft. of garbage atop the lower end of the collection line in Cell 1/2 to determine if siltation had clogged the collection line. They will clean the pump and line of black goo (maybe jet it) at Cell 4A. There will be no further leachate recirculation until further notice. The current operation of the landfill looked good.
