5/18/2023 Visited ot assess wind blonw litter removal. Progress has been made. Fenced areas were cleaned, south facing slope has less litter as well. Some litter around working face, in draws and drainage areas. Not a significant litter issue, but facility needs to stay on top of it. Josh and Brett (both operators) were consulted individually. Hourly staff has been hired for picking litter a few hours per day. The facility has closed a few times due to high winds. Bill had a push to clean litter from the main highway (78). South slope above working face had been seeded via drone after prepped by the facility staff. BRIAN LEE
