8/22/2013	I visited this facility on 19JUL13 to check on issues relating to several extraordinary rain events this summer, the last of which was a few days ago. Lou Lorensen indicated that their leachate system was taxed, but the were hauling as fast as they could. Thaey can't land apply because there is standing water in the spray field. Top coat intermediate cover was washed off and I advised Mr. Lorensen to reapply it.	DAVID MILLER
