2/9/2017	I conducted a site visit to this facility on 7FEB17 to check on the status of the petroleum contaminated soil(PCD) from the Magellan pipeline leak near Hanlontown. Operator Lou Lorenson stated they had brought in 4,550 tons and I observed that it was stockpiled over a lined area. There is a variance pending which, is out on 30 day public notice, which would allow Waste Management to place the PCS in the landfill and not landfarm it. I also drove around the landfill and noted no issues of concern.	DAVID MILLER
