12/30/2009	Started the inspection on 12/21/09. The facility was shut down for maintenance and Christmas break, due to slow times. Leroy and I reviewed their permit required records and walked around looking at the stack characteristics. I am planning on going back to finish the insp the first week of Jan 2010.	KURT LEVETZOW
