7/21/2009	This was a petroleum-contaminated soil (PCS) closure inspection. Their permit expired in June 2009. I met Jeff Nelson at the site of the disposal, which occurred three years ago. The site is in the middle of a corn field and comprises about one acre in area. No problems were noted during my inspection.	MICHELLE JOHNSON
