10/10/2017	I conducted a follow up visit to the landfill to assess the storm water/sediment pond. Bill had sent pictures on 10/2 indicating that the pond was completely drawn down into the leachate lagoon, but I told them I would follow up to document the conditions first hand. I met Brett Slaubaugh on site and we observed the pond. No evidence of leachate in or around the pond was observed. The discharge was just a trickle, but was clear. No evidence of leachate or staining in the creek was observed. The facility will plan to add erosion control and may also excavate a portion of the sediment from the pond. In addition, soil had been hauled to completely cover the south facing slope. Soil had also been placed over approximately 1/2 of the wet weather area. The portable fuel tank had also been moved to more than 50 feet from the working face. No issues were documented at the time of this follow up visit.	BRIAN LEE
