8/25/2016	I met with Bret to observe if compliance has been met in regards to the 6/27/2016 NOV letter. Bret stated that HLW has submitted a permit renewal application on the County's behalf. Construction of the building to cover the waste loading and storage area still has not been started. Bret stated that their contractor has been very busy and plans to bring materials out in a couple of weeks. Litter has been adequately addressed and appliances are now being directly placed into metal tubs rather than piled on the ground. Some action recommended.	CHRISTOPHER GELNER
