1/27/2014	I met with Nicholas Snyder on 1/16/2014 concerning their NPDES Complaince Schedule. He indicated that they feel they are able to meet final permit limits. I asked him to provide a letter to me stating that and that I would forward that to our permit writer who could amend their permit. I received a copy of his letter and forwarded a copy of that letter to Steven Williams on 1/27/2014. A copy of Mr. Snyders letter dated 1/24/2014 is attached (below).	BRYON WHITING
