9/15/2023	NOV sent. Application is done by Mr. Wimer. The facility is a confinement and currently certified for 600 AU which requires a certified applicator. Mr. Wimer is not a certified applicator at this time. Additional acres will also need to be shown for application as acres are shared with another MMP and adequate acres do not exist. A new 4-year MMP is required by March 1, 2024, to ensure adequate acres exist. Notify me by October 1, 2023, notifying me of the acres that will be used this fall	BRENT MARTENS
