10/5/2012	Visited facility to assess vegetative cover regarding GP2. Significant bare areas remain and GP2 cannot be discontinued yet. I discussed seeding with Craig with Shoemaker/Halland Engineers and he said that a seeding contractor is planning on re-seeding the area this fall. I told Craig that the vegetation still may come up this fall if seeded soon and if it does reach the 70% density, then the NOD can be filed. I told him that the permit expires in February, so additional permitting or site work may have to take place next spring if final stabilization is not achieved. We also discussed the new inspection criteria (rain inspections not required).	BRIAN LEE
