9/22/2011	I completed a visit to assess progress on erosion stabilization. No visual progress made. I observed that the pond level was about a foot below the bank, likely due to evaporation. Little rainfall has aided in providing additional storage capacity. Some small trees were observed to be growing near and on the terrace towards the southwest portion fo the main fill site. Some small trees were also observed on the north perimeter of the fill site as well. The monitoring wells I observed had also not been fixed/repaired yet.	BRIAN LEE
