7/22/2011	I compelted a visit to the site with Bert Noll (FO6). No activity at this time. I had previously mentioned to Stephen Cramer that the lagoon might be overflowing due to excessive rain. I mentioned to him that a NPDES ww permit could be implemented if desired, but was not a requirement at this time. Upon visiting the site, lush, tall vegetation appeared on the southwest portion of the lagoon. It appeared to have received additional moisture than the rest of the area surrounding the lagoon, but no overflow could be determined. The bank did not have severe erosion, but some areas looked like they had drained flowing water. No additional action at this time.	BRIAN LEE
