11/3/2023	Trees were noted on the closed cell as well as areas with litter. Ms. Mericle stated that with the current cell being closed they have been unable to remove trees and remaining litter this fall, but have plans to remove them when able. The leachate lagoon onsite was at the minimum allowable freeboard of 2 feet. Ms. Mericle stated that they have received tests and plan to begin hauling to Atlantic Wastewater starting next week (Nov. 6-10, 2023).	JOHN BAKER
