6/28/2011	Matt Phoenix and Mike Smith of the DNR Solid Waste section accompanied me to the Marshall Co. SLF to observe the installation of a systhetic liner on B-4-5 Expansion Phase 2. We met with Doug Lubetek, et al. We observed the liner being rolled out and the seams welded and tested. We also looked at the new leachate lagoon cell. See attached photos.	BILL GROSS
