6/6/2017	I stopped to visit with Rick Carpenter (owner/manager) about dust control, as the complainant had emailed me a week or so ago, and said the dust was flying again. On this visit, dust was observed coming off the haul road, however, water had been applied that morning and was being applied when i arrived (this was an unannounced visit). Water was being applied in the crusher and the conveyor belts during this visit. They also patched some potholes in their paved areas to keep dust from accumulating and they chip and sealed a portion of their haul roads to keep dust down (was working well). Therefore, it appears as though they're "taking reasonable precautions to minimize dust" just as the fugitive dust regulations require. See attached photos of this visit.	KURT LEVETZOW
