12/17/2015	On December 4, 2015, at ~ 1445 hours, I performed a follow-up visit at the Jacob Yoder facility located at 2563 520th Street, SW, Kalona. At the time of the visit, I spoke with Gaylen and Jacob Yoder. The farrowing facility has been abandoned. However, the facility wishes to maintain what was known as the Nursery/Grower facilities as a non-abandoned Nursery with an animal unit capacity of 50 animal units (500 head). This Nursery facility area has not been used for approximately four years. The facility has the ability to drain into an unformed manure storage structure that also serves as a solid settling and runoff control basin for an adjacent cattle open-lot that has a current capacity of 180 head. Additionally, another open lot located east of the earthen basin currently serves another 200 head of cattle. Furthermore, to the west of the earthen basins is a 1000 head swine finisher (400 AU's) with a deep pit currently under contract with the Schott Family from Hills. This is the only swine facility currently being populated but not the only non-abandoned facility as mentioned above.	JOSH SOBASKI
