9/20/2018	I investigated a reported manure release at this small animal feeding operation site. The site is now owned by DMS Investments, Garner, IA. I determined a release of manure had occurred, however it had been contained and did not reach a water. An NOV was issued for failure to contain. No further enforcement action was taken since no waters were impacted. See memo.	DAVID KNOLL
