6/7/2013	I went to the site to check on the level in Loren's lagoon and make a recommendation for how to dewater it while his pivot is being built. Loren indicated that he anticipates the pivot will be ready for use in two weeks. I told Loren that he is not authorized in any way to pump over the basin and he needs to find an alternative way to dewater until his pivot is constructed. Loren said that he may be able to get the pivot powered by using a tractor pto generator and he will check with his electrician.	DON CUNNINGHAM
