9/13/2012	Two most SW cells were over freeboard with solids, photos were taken. Using excavator to remove solids and placing them on the bank of the basin to load out. Stated that solids had not run over the side, but were placed there. ?? He felt this was okay since the entire site is now contained with berms. Need to establish grass on top of berms, especially the north side of large basin, erosion is beginning.	CINDY MARTENS
