10/24/2002	Mr. Johnson has just started to pump the basin down for this fall. Vegetation control on the inner berms is very good; however there is no vegetative growth on the top of the berms. In addition much of the vegetation on the inner berms while short is weeds and sand burrs instead of grass. I highly recommend Mr. Johnson seed down the top of the berms and continue to keep weed growth under control on the inner berms so that grass can establish itself. Mr. Johnson stated that he would have Holland Contracting of Forest City seed the berms as soon as possible this spring.	AfoLOADInsp-2-07/20/2010
