2/14/2024	During a previous routine inspection the rendering/deadbox was observed. The box was leaking leachate into the roadside ditch. I documented the both boxes have been replaced, a concrete curb was constructed to control the leachate runoff and a small earthen catch basin was constructed to ensure nothing goes to the ditch.
