12/3/2018 Talked to Corey Rasmussen about an interim plan to address the release of the effluent. Mr. Rasmussen emailed his interim plan. Wendy, Behind the picket fence there is a 6" pipe that we would cap. We would then put a pump in the storage basin to pump the liquid up to the holding area to use as a flush system for the manure there which is then pushed into the lagoon. The solids would be hauled loaded and hauled out with a manure spreader to the fields. We will continue to work with NRCS for sizing of the pump and alternate methods of handling the liquid. Thank you, Corey Rasmussen Production area will be controlled with this solution at this time. WENDY WITTROCK
9/10/2018 Plan of Action due date has been extended to December 31, 2018 per request of Corey Rasmussen. Mr. Rasmussen has been in contact with NRCS - Atlantic who has assigned Tim to help with the POA. Mr. Rasmussen will update FO4 as plans are prepared. WENDY WITTROCK
