12/5/2023	During this inspection I did not observe a discharge from the confinement buildings, bulk bins or rendering area, therefore the facility is classified as a Medium Animal Feeding Operation (AFO), therefore, a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit is not required at this time.
