7/18/2016	Improvements to the catch basin have been implemented. A new fence has been installed approximately 50 feet farther east than its prior location. A fair amount of vegetation is now growing in the area west of the pen, and plants are beginning to reestablish along the steep embankment near the creek. There was no sign of any runoff from the pen. This issue is considered resolved.	BRYAN BUNTON
