5/11/2006	On May 11 2006 I conducted another site survey at Nebraska Pork – Willow Finisher located in Section 33 Willow Township Crawford County Iowa. The survey was conducted at the request of Sara Smith DNR Engineer to verify the existence of three reported wells in the area. It should be noted that the DNR received a letter from concerned citizens in Crawford County reporting “There are also 3 wells that are very close to this site. I know where they are at because I was raised there”. However the letter does not describe the location of the wells. Three additional wells were located and are shown in the photos below. However all three wells are located more than 1200 feet from the proposed site. This proposed facility appears to be in compliance with the separation distances as listed in Table 6 of Chapter 65.
