3/22/2006	This proposed facility as submitted by the project engineer appears to comply with the siting requirements of Chapter 459 of the Code of Iowa and Chapter 567 IAC 65(459). On-site observations and/or measurements document compliance with the siting requirements for this proposed facility. All measurements were obtained with a GPS handheld unit.This facility is utilizing 30 points in the Master Matrix under number 4 (more than 2000 feet {500 + 1501} from a water source). This facility will be approximately 1050 feet from a water source which is located to the north of the proposed facility. (See map enclosed with engineering plans.) However there are still adequate points without the 30 points for number 4 to pass the Matrix.
