5/25/2012	Drove by this site and noted a burn pile in the ditch that contains several items which should not be burned including a TV, plastic materials (barrels), chemical containers, vinyl fascia, as well as evidence of previous illegal burning (mattresses, etc). Also noted discharge into that ditch from 3 residences (house at 2121 350th, and two trailers at 2119 and 2117 350th). Samples were collected of these and taken to the lab for analysis. Contacted Sioux County Sanitarian regarding these discharges as well. Solid settling structure is also in need of repair. Solids discharge to the road ditch, but no evidence at this time that the discharge reaches a water of the state. Photos taken as documenation.	SHEILA KENNY
