11/16/2021	Followed up with Mr. Deahr on his clean up efforts. It appeared the Mr. Deahr did an excellent job remediating the stream. No indication of manure was observed in the stream. Mr. Deahr was authorized to empty out his dragline even though Jake Theobald, applicator, is not properly certified. Mr. Deahr stated he planned to leave the dam until application was completed and then planned to remove them.	JEFF PRIER
