6/14/2010	Paul Petitti and I did an on site visit to discuss NPDES combined facility regulations and reusing the open lot sand (also considered manure) at the dairy confinement. This type of shared storage requires an NPDES permit, according to DNR policy. The engineering drawings of the SOFEB are being reviewed by Paul to determine if they meet state requirements to obtain an as built permit as well as an NPDES permit.	JENNIFER CHRISTIAN
