6/6/2016	MAC check for Dan DeWit while hauling manure from Nick Kooiker's site (SAFO). Was applying 5000 gal/ac on C/C field around site. Signage on tank was okay, but has CMSR number rather than CMS number. Informed Mr. DeWit to use the correct number when ordering new signage.
