10/21/2002 During the previous inspection in the primary cell I observed a large amount of solid waste items either floating or lodged in the riprap. This waste included A/I tubes antiseptic spray cans writing markers red plastic lids/cups sheets of plastic etc. While solid waste items may accidentally fall into the pits once in a while the amount of waste present in the basin indicates that the waste is intentionally being deposited or being allowed to be deposited in the building pits. During the current inspection I did not observe nearly as much solid waste in the basin.During the previous inspection two slumps were observed to be eroding into the riprap on the west berm of the primary cell. Mr. Lawler was advised to monitor and repair these areas as necessary to ensure that the berm does not erode below the riprap. During the current inspection I did not notice any slumping/eroding problems.Weed growth must continue to be monitored and controlled. Weed growth was not observed to be a problem during the current inspection. AfoLOADInsp-2-07/20/2010
