7/12/2021	A follow-up visit was conducted following the NOV issued on May 24, 2021 for improper dead animal handling and disposal. Upon inspection the dead hogs had been removed from around the buildings and most of the pile of dead hogs and cattle in the ditch had been removed and the remaining bones and carcass scraps were covered with straw. Do not allow any more dead animals to be placed on this pile. All dead animals from this site shall be picked up in a timely manner by a renderer.	ANDREA ERRTHUM
