10/23/2018	Checked MAC certification for Kale Nelson (17439CMSR) and Brett Stange (20234CMSR) while pumping from the Justin Schulenberg site (#67347). Both are properly certified. Were applying at a rate of 3100 gal/ac on bean stubble going to corn (field is about 1.5 mi. south and 0.5 mi. west of the site). Stated that MMp is on site, but was reminded that written instructions must be kept in records for 3 years. Instructed Kale that the tank signage must include the manager's name, and that all signage must be in 3" letters or larger (only the CMS number was large enough).	SHEILA KENNY
