11/2/2011	Discussed plans for his open lot cattle. Was supposed to do something last year and still no start. He says Nic Rowe will be submitting plans before 1/1/11 for spring construction of lot controls, new drainage and a lagoon. Putting up a building for dry cows but it will not be confinement, will have open lot for them as well. I will be following up on this site Spring 2012.	CINDY MARTENS
