4/21/2022	Completed earthen basin inspection. Advised owner to continue mowing to reduce woody vegetation growth, one small tree found on east berm. Compost cover was inadequate, called owner and explained he needed to add more co-compost to the piles. Also recommended to owner to maintain more distance between basin and crop tillage since it was about 10 ft along the east berm.	DANIEL WATTERSON
